APRIL SNOW

Personal Training Director

As a geriatric and pediatric licensed practical nurse, April Snow owned and operated her own fitness center in 1982. April is currently a certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor NETA for 38 years April has also secured a Wellness Longevity Specialist Certification.

She was also an ELITE Glamor Model and an Elite Fitness Model in the UFE. April competed successfully in the Masters Heavy Weight NPC Body Building State Championship and the Masters Figure Champion NPC 2014. April is also a BLS CRP Instructor.

April is the most passionate individual about fitness and she genially enjoys helping individuals improve their health and reach their goals.

April has 3 children and enjoys spending time with her 6 grandchildren. She LOVES dogs and the elderly! April has a passion for doing research in our environments and protecting our planet.

DON KING

Certified Exercise Physiologist/Consultant

Don Started in Fitness Industry in 1977 working for a chain of Nautilus Fitness Centers through 1984. Don worked as a trainer and manager for several high end clubs before becoming an owner of Anytime Fitness.

In 1996 Certified was certified by American College of Sports Medicine "Health Fitness Specialist" *(maintained certifications & CPR)/Personal Trainer. Don is currently working as a Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach and a professional fitness equipment consultant. Don has enjoyed incredible success managing huge fitness and strength and conditioning projects of all types but specializing in Athletics.

Don's hobbies include classic cars as an owner of a (1971 Chevelle SS). Hi-end Home Theater. All Sports, Strength & Conditioning.

Reggie Macon

Started learning Martial arts 20 years ago, starting with boxing. After boxing I started to learn Bruce Lee's martial arts (Jeet Kune Do) for the last 15 years.I'm a level 5 student which is the highest level you could achieve and a level 4 instructor.

Over the years my passion is to share and spread the love of the art to kids and women. I believe if we help the youth change their mindsets today it will help them in life. Not only to protect themselves, and also help them make better decisions.I have also gained a strong interest in women trafficking and will be holding women self defense classes. I also train MMA fighters who currently fight in Ohio.

Reggie Johnson

Regi has been involved in sports and fitness from an early age, competing in little league baseball, football, soccer, and basketball. In high school, he was a 3 sport athlete (soccer, basketball, and track) and as an adult, he picked up bodybuilding, boxing, and obstacle course racing.

He has also been a basketball and football youth coach and served one year as an assistant high school basketball coach under his father Chester Huff, during his father's last year of coaching.

Regi has been a fitness coach for 12 years and is currently working on his Expert Rating personal training certificate. He enjoys working with clients of all ages and expressing the benefits of health and fitness as a lifestyle.

Regi is the father of 4 children and enjoys exercising, watching sports, cooking and spending time with his family.

Specializes in strength and conditioning, behavior chance and corrective exercise.

Ashley Walker

Spin Master Instructor

Hi! My name is Ashley Walker. I am a seasoned group fitness instructor with a specialty in spin. My mission is to create a positive space that empowers my clients to reach personal goals while using nutrition and fitness as their tools! Experienced Health and Wellness Coach with 9 years' experience in group or one-on-one settings.

Mariea Macavei

Yoga Instructor

Our Flow & Restore Class will be led by Mariea Luisa Macavei, 200hr RYT. Mariea has been committed to a daily yoga practice since October 2017.

"This daily practice has taught me more than I can put into words. I learned that you don't just show up for yourself once, you choose to show up everyday. Through yoga, not only have I become stronger in my body but also more confident in my mind. The reason I love this practice is because I know how empowering and healing it's been for me to face myself and be kind to myself no matter how I feel each day. As a teacher, my hope for everyone is that they find a way back home to themselves so that they can begin to heal and evolve through the power of breath and movement."
